Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Shipping Rates
Free shipping may be available on select items or orders above a certain amount (as shown on the product page).
For freight shipments, rates will be calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and delivery location.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional charges.
Freight Delivery Guidelines
Large HVAC units and systems are shipped via freight carrier.
Freight deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise stated.
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If any damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately before signing.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
If you wish to arrange international delivery, please contact our support team for assistance before placing your order.
Order Tracking
You can track your order status using the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email.
If your tracking number does not update within 48 hours, please contact our customer service team for help.
Delays or Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by the carrier, customs, or weather are beyond our control.
If your package is lost in transit, please notify us at support@mrcoolsupplies.com so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
