Handling Line Sets
When installing your MRCOOL system, handle refrigerant lines carefully to ensure optimal performance and prevent damage.
Bending the Copper Lines: Maintain a minimum 4-inch bend radius and use smooth curves instead of sharp angles to protect the lines and ensure proper refrigerant flow.
Avoid Repeated Bending: Bending copper lines more than three times can harden and weaken them, increasing the risk of breakage. Handle with care and minimize adjustments.
For best results, use gradual bends and consult a licensed professional or our support team if needed.
