This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split system offers a comprehensive solution for both heating and cooling two separate rooms. Included in this package are all necessary components for installation: a DIY 48,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, one 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, one 36,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, two remotes, and two 25 ft. installation kits. When all air handlers operate simultaneously, the combined BTU output will not exceed the capacity of the condenser. In this configuration, the air handlers’ total output remains within the 48K BTU rating of the condenser.

Condenser:
