1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable.

  • Installed or used HVAC units and accessories.

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.


3. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, the reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions and the return shipping address.

  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product or defective unit), we will cover all related shipping costs.

  • For freight shipments, returns must be arranged through our logistics partner to ensure safe transport.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

  • If visible damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mrcoolsupplies.com with photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will work quickly to repair, replace, or refund the affected item.


6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take additional time to appear in your account.


7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or size, please contact our team.
Exchanges are processed as a new order once the original item is returned and inspected.


8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it must follow the standard return procedure.
